Meeting Summary:

The meeting commenced promptly at 3:00 PM with an opening prayer led by Comrade Aduroja, the Coordinator for Sagamu Local Government. The four out of nine Coordinators were present to discuss various agenda items.

1. Quarterly Report by Coordinators: Each Coordinator presented their quarterly report, discussing achievements, challenges, and proposed strategies for improvement.
2. Familiarization with the Local Government Community Directors: The VC and the programmes officer, highlighted the importance of Community Directors in moving the youth wing forward in the local government. While the Coordinators discussed strategies to familiarize themselves with the local government community directorates to enhance collaboration and service delivery.
3. Preparation to Receive NYCN State Management Meeting Scheduled to hold Ogun East: Plans were outlined to host the upcoming NYCN State Management Meeting. Location was deliberated upon
4. Revalidation of Affiliated Youth Organizations: The VC highlighted the importance of Affiliated Organizations and the Coordinators discussed the importance of revalidating affiliated youth organizations to ensure effective representation and participation.
5. Deliberation on Benefits: There was a thorough discussion on the benefits that should be received by local governments branches and strategies to ensure timely disbursement of information.

The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn by Coordinator Bakre Jamiu Aimasiko, seconded by Coordinator for Ijebu Ode. Coordinator for Ogun waterside ,Com Jamiu Bakre offered the closing prayer.
