The Central Bank of Nigeria has reinstated the sale of foreign exchange to Bureau De Change operators. Under this development, the apex bank is offering them forex at an exchange rate of N1,021 per dollar.

Moreover, the CBN has instructed BDCs to cap their sales, ensuring they do not exceed 1.5 percent above the purchase price.

These directives were outlined in a circular posted on the CBN’s website on Tuesday.
