The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Ijebu North Chapter ably led by the result-oriented Coordinator, Ogbeni Abolaji Adeniyi Sobowale is excited to announce the launch of the YOUTH ESSAY COMPETITION. We invite young, passionate individuals to participate in this thought-provoking contest aimed at fostering critical thinking and providing a platform to discuss pertinent issues affecting our community.

ESSAY TOPIC: The Role of Youth Entrepreneurship in Revitalising Nigeria’s Economy

This competition seeks to engage the youth in meaningful discourse and to highlight the pivotal role they play in the economic resurgence of Nigeria through entrepreneurial initiatives. We encourage all eligible individuals to submit their essays and contribute their perspectives on this crucial topic.

Submission Guidelines:

1. Essays must not exceed 1000 words.
2. Essays must be typed.
3. Participant’s name must be at the top of the essay.
4. Include email and phone number at the top of the essay.
5. Each participant is allowed only one entry.
6. Participants must be indigenes of Ijebu North Local Government and aged between 10 – 30 years.
