In preparation for the upcoming November 16 local government elections in Ogun State, the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ijebu North local government has inaugurated its campaign council and officially presented its chairmanship, vice-chairmanship and councillorship candidates. The event, held at Moslem primary school, had in attendance, prominent party leaders and a wide range of grassroots supporters, including market women and transport union representatives.

Among the distinguished figures present were; the Ogun state APC Deputy Chairman; Prince James Dina, who represented the State chariman of the Party; Chief Bayo Sanusi, Senator Sefiu Kaka, Hon. Ademola Balogun (a.k.a Klass), Engr. Bayo Dayo along with Hon. Mosun Oladipo, Hon. Sansa Ismail, Hon. Tele Ogunjobi, Dele Ajayi, Hon. Olaide Osifeso, and several other respected leaders and community representatives. Their collective presence underscored the party’s commitment to mobilizing support across all wards in Ijebu North.

Prince James Dina, representing Ogun State APC Chairman Chief Bayo Sanusi, addressed the campaign council, urging them to remain steadfast in their efforts to secure victory for all APC candidates. Dina emphasized the importance of party unity and called on all members to work with sincerity and purpose during this critical period.

During the event, various party leaders took turns lauding their chairmanship candidate, Hon. Bolaji Odusanya. Reflecting on Odusanya’s accomplishments during his first term, they pointed to a series of legacy projects and achievements. They expressed confidence that if re-elected alongside his deputy, Prince Oluyemi Adesegun and the eleven councillorship candidates, Odusanya would continue to serve the local government with distinction.
