The Ijebu North local branch of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) in Ogun state has announced the successful completion of its Free JAMB Registration Scheme, an initiative aimed at supporting indigent students in their pursuit of higher education.

Speaking at the unveiling of the fifteen beneficiaries, the Coordinator of the youth council in Ijebu North, Ogbeni Abolaji Adeniyi Sobowale (a.k.a IMPACT), emphasized the importance of making the most of the opportunity. He urged the beneficiaries to take their studies seriously, noting that such initiatives are rare and should be maximized to justify the sponsor’s generosity.

“This initiative is a golden opportunity that should not be taken for granted. We encourage all beneficiaries to remain focused and committed to their academic goals,” Sobowale stated.

The Free JAMB Registration Scheme is part of the ongoing efforts of the Sobowale-led NYCN executives in Ijebu North to empower indigent students who are desirous of furthering their education. The council appreciates the rare support of the sponsor, High Chief Oluwatoyin Odueyungbo (BOBASELU OF IJEBU IGBO) for the success of the program.

This initiative further underscores the commitment of the youth council to youth development and educational advancement, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder deserving students from achieving their dreams.
