The grand finale of EMERGE 1.0, a premier entrepreneurship development program, concluded in style at Ijebu Business School, where the top five winners were awarded a total of ₦1,000,000 in funding. The winners emerged as the most innovative entrepreneurs following an intensive eight-week training program, a fashion showcase and a competitive pitching contest that attracted participants across Ogun State.

2. Dolphin Pattern (Ijebu Igbo) – ₦300,000

3. Vonky Fashion (Sagamu) – ₦100,000

4. Dee Creative (Ago Iwoye) – ₦50,000

5. Tifad Ventures (Ijebu Ode) – ₦50,000

The cheque presentation ceremony was a moment of celebration, recognizing the dedication, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of the participants.

Speaking at the event, Miss Ayokunle Maraiyesa, the convener of the Ijebu Fashion Festival, expressed excitement about the success of EMERGE 1.0 and announced plans for EMERGE 2.0 later in the year, with an expanded scope covering the entire Ogun State.

EMERGE is an initiative of the Ijebu Fashion Festival, in collaboration with Ijebu Business School, dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and innovation among young business owners. Looking ahead, the Ijebu Fashion Festival aims to collaborate with industry stakeholders, corporate organizations, philanthropists and the Ogun State Government to further expand the impact of EMERGE.
