The Chairman of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN) in Ogun state, Otunba Taofeek Sokoya, has extended warm congratulations to Alhaji (Prince) Shamsideen Adebayo Apelogun (a.k.a ALLROUNDER) on his appointment as the Amirul Hajj for Ogun State pilgrims for the 2025 Hajj exercise.

In a statement issued by the Chairman on behalf of the State executives and entire members of AMORAN in Ogun State, Sokoya described the appointment as “well-deserved,” praising Apelogun’s sterling leadership qualities, integrity and unwavering commitment to public service.

“Your selection by the Ogun State Muslim Pilgrims Board is a clear testament to your longstanding integrity, devotion to service and the trust reposed in you by both the government and the people of Ogun State,” Sokoya noted.

He further acknowledged Apelogun’s national contributions as the President of the Amalgamated Commercial Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (ACOMORAN), adding that his latest appointment further affirms his capacity to serve with excellence.

Sokoya expressed confidence that under Apelogun’s leadership, the 2025 Hajj delegation from Ogun State will benefit from effective coordination, spiritual guidance and an enriching pilgrimage experience. He also extended best wishes to other appointed members of the Hajj welfare committee, praying for divine wisdom and strength in the discharge of their sacred responsibilities.

“Once again, congratulations, sir. May your leadership continue to bring pride to us all,” the AMORAN chairman concluded.
