The Deputy Chairman of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN) in Ogun state, Comrade Lawal Kazeem (a.k.a WINNERS), has congratulated the Chairman of the union, Otunba Taofeek Sokoya, on the occasion of his 51st birth anniversary.
In a statement issued on Saturday, Comrade Kazeem described the Chairman as a worthy and visionary leader whose tenure has ushered in unprecedented reforms within the union. He praised the Chairman for leading by example and redefining the principles of transport unionism in the state.
“Otunba Taofeek Sokoya is not just a leader by position, but by action, vision and integrity,” he said. “Since his emergence as Chairman, he has demonstrated a rare blend of firmness, compassion and foresight, all of which have contributed to the growth and improved relevance of our great union in Ogun State and beyond.”
Comrade Kazeem noted that the union has enjoyed increased recognition, improved members’ welfare and structural development under Sokoya’s leadership. He also commended the celebrant for his unwavering commitment to the advancement of both motorcycle owners and riders, adding that his tenure continues to be marked by impactful service.
“Otunba Sokoya’s name has become synonymous with progressive leadership. He is a perfect example of what true leadership should be; selfless, principled and people-centered,” he added.
While wishing him a fulfilling new year, Comrade Kazeem prayed for continued grace, strength and divine guidance for the Union’s Chairman.
