The Ogun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has inaugurated a high-powered committee to monitor the ongoing Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise being conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) across the state.
The party said the move is part of efforts to ensure a seamless process for eligible voters and to complement INEC’s work.
According to a statement signed by the party’s State Secretary, Tella Aderibigbe, the committee will interface with INEC officials, mobilise voters to register and collect their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), document field reports, and submit weekly updates to the State Working Committee.
Apostle Abiodun Sanyaolu was named as the head of the committee.
