President Bola Tinubu will on Saturday depart Lagos for Jos, Plateau State, to attend the funeral prayers of Nana Lydia Yilwatda Goshwe, mother of the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman, Professor Nantewe Yilwatda Goshwe.

While in Jos, the President is also scheduled to meet with church leaders from across Northern Nigeria at the headquarters of the Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN).

The visit is expected to combine a condolence gesture with engagement on matters of national unity, peace and interfaith relations.
